Founder of Jagger
Tatiana is a founder of Jagger, a mobile app that helps customers to find and book last minute, local activities and events uniquely tailored to their taste, interests, and location.

Tatiana studied Business and Entrepreneurship at UCLA, while working full-time. She used the leadership, operations, and product management skills she gained at UCLA to found Jagger, which she launched in April 2014. Since then, Jagger has been downloaded over 12,000 times and has been recognized as one of the most innovative startups of the year by Digital Entertainment World.

Mariah is the founder of Lightedstar Entertainment LLC and CINESHARES, a motion picture marketplace where users watch, make, and fund films.

An Oakland native and Kauffman Fellows Finalist, Mariah is an entrepreneur and media consultant who studied motion picture producing at the UCLA school of Theatre Film & Television. She is the founder of Lightedstar Entertainment LLC and has a patent pending for CINESHARES, a motion picture marketplace where users watch, make, and fund films.

Jules is co-founder & COO of Hire an Esquire, a venture-backed labor marketplace providing an on-demand workforce of attorneys to law firms and in-house legal departments.

Hire an Esquire’s Software as a Service (SaaS) product is used by law firms and in-house legal departments to find, manage and pay a team of contract-based attorneys on demand. Jules previously worked in operations & management roles at both Fortune 1,000 & startup companies.

He has 30 years of experience serving as a counselor for venture-capital backed companies from the pre-business plan stage through sale or IPO and beyond. Throughout his career, Jeff has specialized in representing technology companies, with an emphasis on corporate partnering, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, public offerings and SEC compliance. He has also represented numerous venture capitalists, angel investors and underwriters in private financings and public offerings, as well as individual executives, and has served as an expert witness regarding corporate and securities matters.
