Steven Sesar is a seasoned consumer internet entrepreneur, Co-Founder and President of FreedomPop, the highly publicized free mobile phone startup.

Steven Sesar is a seasoned consumer internet entrepreneur, Co-Founder and President of FreedomPop, the highly publicized free mobile phone startup. Steven is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, monetization and all company operations.

Prior to FreedomPop, Steven served as VP Marketing & Revenue for Woo Media, Inc., an online interactive video platform with multiple consumer properties across web, Facebook and mobile platforms, and was responsible for driving over 10 million registered users, developing a multi-million dollar revenue stream and positioning Woo Media for acquisition.

Prior to Woo Media, Steven lead the business development efforts for Shopzilla, the Internet’s leading comparison shopping engine acquired by E.W Scripps in 2005 for $585 million.

Steven started his career with Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting group, serving as the Technology, Media and Communications industry expert for the Los Angeles office. Steven holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS from UCLA.
