Throughout his career, Jeff has specialized in representing technology companies, with an emphasis on corporate partnering, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, public offerings and SEC compliance. He has also represented numerous venture capitalists, angel investors and underwriters in private financings and public offerings, as well as individual executives, and has served as an expert witness regarding corporate and securities matters.
